However, this can only be achieved when the client’s voice is centrally-positioned right through from the initial planning stages to the design, construction and completion.

The Initial Meeting

The first person you will meet to discuss your construction project is Mike Chapman, the Company Director.

Mike will arrange an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. If this is in the evening or on a weekend, this will be accommodated. It is important to us that the construction work causes the least amount of disruption to your life as possible and that applies to any meetings too.

The purpose of Mike’s initial visit on site is to get a feel for what you are hoping to achieve. It is vital that we have a solid understanding of your vision so that we can assess the site and offer our expert advice on how to achieve the best results.

Start Of Work

If you choose to go ahead with using Farbuild Limited for your building works, Mike will be your point of contact for the duration of the project and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

We will arrange with you a time that is convenient, then work will begin on arranged date.

It goes without saying that good communication is key to any successful project, so you will be kept in the loop at every stage to ensure that the project remains within budget and on track.

Completion/ Hand Over
